anonymous Cutaneous meningeal heterotopia (80%). Differential diagnosis includes vascular tumour (20%). Immunohistochemical staining for EMA and vascular markers (CD31, CD34 and Factor VIII) would be performed to confirm the diagnosis. Positive staining for EMA and negative staining for vascular markers would support the diagnosis of cutaneous meningeal heterotopia.  100
